لماذا حريات؟

تنطلق منصة حريات في العام 2022 متأخرة عن موعدها، كاستجابة لحاجة ماسة وتحديات قائمة، لكنها جاءت تحمل شعار الإنسان أولاً، عبر فريق متطوع يعتمد على رسالته النبيلة.
لقد جعلت القضية السياسة الأقدم والأعقد في التاريخ البشري المعاصر وحالة الصراع مع دولة الاحتلال، والنزاع بين السلطات المحلية، الحريات العامة والفردية وحقوق الإنسان قضية مؤجلة.. بل محل انتهاك دائم بعد تحويلها إلى وسيلة بدلاً من كونها غاية إنسانية تعد الأهم والأوٌلى.
التحديات التي تواجه طموح "حريات" هي الانتهاكات المتعددة التي تمارسها سلطات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي بشكل يومي أو على النطاق الاستراتيجي من خلال استمرار الاحتلال للأرض الفلسطينية، وممارسة الفصل بين المناطق، وتفاصيل ذلك من خلال الاستيطان واستهداف الأرواح وسلامة الأجساد واعتقال الآلاف وإقامة الحواجز العسكرية، والقيام بعمليات حربية شبه يومية ضد المواطنين العزل والأطفال، فضلاً عن هدم المساكن والكثير من الاعتداءات التي ترصدها وتوثقها المؤسسات الحقوقية المحلية والدولية.
ويعاني الفلسطينيون في داخل دولة الاحتلال من اعتداءات متعددة أهمها التمييز العنصري ومشاريع الإحلال على أساس ديني وعملية منظمة من التهويد والإقصاء والتهميش لسكان الأرض الأصليين خاصة بعد قانون القومية العنصري الذي يحاول شرعنة الاستعمار وشطب المكونات الأخرى.
التحدي الأخر المتمثل في النزاع السياسي الداخلي والانقسام المؤسساتي بين سلطات لم تسمح بإجراء الانتخابات الأساسية منذ 12 عام، وتداعيات ذلك الخطيرة على واقع الحريات وحقوق الانسان.
لقد وثقت مؤسسات حقوق الانسان في فلسطين وخارجها انتهاكات على يد السلطات المحلية في قطاع غزة والضفة الغربية تجاوزت الفعل الفردي إلى سياسة عنوانها البطش الأمني والمنع السياسي والتمييز الاقتصادي مما أدى إلى هشاشة المجتمع وضياع الحقوق وكبت الحريات.
إن هذا الواقع المأساوي المزدوج خطير يمس مكونات الحياة اليومية والحقوق الأساسية ويكرس معاناة المواطنين، ويرفع من قيمة وجود منصتنا "حريات" ويؤكد أهمية دورها التشاركي والتكاملي مع الشركاء المؤهلين والمختصين.
ومن هنا.. تنطلق حريات وهي تدرك تعقيدات الوضع السياسي والاقتصادي والاجتماعي وتعلم أنها غير قادرة وحدها على رفع التحدي لكنها عبر شراكات مع المختصين والمهتمين ستبني على جهود كبيرة بُذلت من مؤسسات حقوق الإنسان وشركاءها في العالم لإتاحة مساحة إعلامية متنامية بهدف التعريف بالحقوق الأساسية التي عبرت عنها القوانين والمعاهدات الدولية وترجمتها في القوانين الفلسطينية.
كذلك تسعى لرصد الانتهاكات اليومية المباشرة وغير المباشرة وخاصة العميقة منها في الحياة المجتمعية والاقتصادية بكل مهنية ومصداقية.
وستتبني حريات منصات على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي سعياً لتنوير الرأي العام خاصة الشباب والفئات المهملة والمهمشة، وتعزيز التفاعل والمشاركة الإيجابية لحماية الحقوق والحريات.
إن تعدد زوايا رؤية المصالح العامة والفردية والأولويات التي يطرحها المؤثرون والفاعلون في الوضع الفلسطيني ليست أهم من حياة الناس وحقوقهم، وهذا ما يتفق عليه الجميع بعد أن تعثرت كل المقولات السياسية والاجتماعية برسم التجربة المُعاشة منذ قيام السلطة الفلسطينية.
بقوة تطور الحياة وتقدم البشرية نحو المزيد من إرساء حقوق الانسان وإشاعة مناخات تساهم في حماية الحريات.. سيعمل فريق "حريات" بكل ما أوتي من عزيمة وخبرة لجعل حقوق الانسان الفلسطيني أولاً.

The issue has made the oldest and most complex policy in contemporary human history and the state of conflict with the occupying Power, the conflict between local authorities, public and individual freedoms and human rights a deferred issue. Rather, it is constantly violated after being transformed into a means rather than a humanitarian goal that is the most important and the first
The challenges facing the aspiration of "freedoms" are the multiple violations practised by the Israeli occupation authorities on a daily or strategic basis through the continued occupation of Palestinian territory and the practice of segregation of areas, including through settlement, targeting of lives and bodily integrity, arresting of thousands and setting up of military barriers and almost daily hostilities against unarmed citizens and children, as well as house demolitions and many attacks monitored and documented by local and international human rights institutions
Within the occupying Power, Palestinians suffer multiple attacks, most notably racial discrimination, religious substitution projects and an orderly process of Judaization, exclusion and marginalization of indigenous peoples, especially after the Racist Nationalism Act, which attempts to legitimize colonialism and eliminate other components
Another challenge is the internal political conflict and institutional division between authorities that have not allowed basic elections to take place in 12 years, and the serious repercussions on the realities of freedoms and human rights
Human rights institutions in Palestine and beyond have documented violations by local authorities in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank that have gone beyond individual action to a policy of security fraud, political prevention and economic discrimination, resulting in the fragility of society, loss of rights and suppression of freedoms
This tragic double reality is dangerous, affecting the components of daily life and fundamental rights, perpetuating citizens' suffering, raising the value of the existence of our "freedoms" platform and underlining the importance of its participatory and complementary role with qualified and competent partners
Hence... Liberties takes off, recognizing the complexities of the political, economic and social situation and knowing that they are unable alone to meet the challenge, but through partnerships with specialists and interested persons, they will build on the considerable efforts made by human rights institutions and their partners in the world to provide a growing information space aimed at publicizing the fundamental rights expressed in international laws and treaties and their translation into Palestinian law
It also seeks to monitor daily, direct and indirect violations, especially the profound ones, in the community and economic life in a professional and credible manner
The freedoms of social media platforms will be embraced in an effort to inform public opinion, especially of young people and neglected and marginalized groups, and to promote positive interaction and participation to protect rights and freedoms
The multiplicity of visions of public and individual interests and the priorities posed by influencers and actors in the Palestinian situation are not more important than people's lives and rights. This is what everyone agrees after all political and social arguments have stalled by drawing the living experience since the establishment of the Palestinian Authority
The development of life and the progress of humanity towards the further establishment of human rights and the creation of climates that contribute to the protection of freedoms. The "Liberties" team will work with all the determination and expertise to make Palestinian human rights first
